Hi, I’m Sarah. I work with midlife women who are juggling a lot and are fed up with being told to just “do more” or “try harder” or you “should do” this that or the other!

My approach is built around simplicity, realism, and consistency — not perfection. I believe the best plan is the one that works in real life, not just on paper.

This workshop reflects that: supportive, practical, and designed to help you feel better, not busier.
